The Tutor Position Application Process

In order to find the best tutor job or teaching position for you, we need to get to know you better. The first step necessary to become a College Tutor is to complete our online tutor job application.

By filling out our on-line tutor job application you will be considered for all of our current tutor job openings in our system that apply to you based on your qualifications and availability. Please be complete in filling out your tutor job application so we will be better able to find a tutor position that is a great fit for you! Upon completing your application for employment as a tutor or teacher, you will be given a username and password to update your profile through the CNeT resource center to let us know as your availability changes.

Once your application has been completed and a tutor position is available that may fit your skills and preferences, a College Tutors representative will contact you to schedule a personal interview and you may be well on your way to finding a fun and rewarding tutor position!

About Tutor Positions


College Tutors teaching and tutoring positions are available during the school year as well as during the summer months. Tutors may work with one or multiple students depending on their availability in a one-on-one setting. Tutor positions range from being a general Homework Help tutor to advanced tutors such as Algebra Tutors, Calculus Tutors, Physics Tutors, ACT Prep Tutors, SAT Prep Tutors and Foreign Language Tutors in homes or in our learning centers.

Potential College Tutors can be current college students majoring in a variety of disciplines, college graduates as well as certified teachers. Tutors should be caring, enthusiastic, intelligent, patient, and ready to succeed with each student!
